Guest letitbe Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Someone mentioned him in a thread and I can not find it? Could you come back and name the book. thanks ((xoxox)) Quote
Christy_D Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 I have also found a lot of help with therapy, energy work, acupuncture, diet (gluten free, sensitivties), and meaningful friendships that add to my life. I don't do drama anymore! You have to be willing to try new things and give them time to see if you feel better. I also find a lot of comfort in books such as Wherever you Go There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, and Taking Charge of Your Own Health by Lisa Hall.I copied/pasted the above from a post by WyomingGal on another thread. Is that what you were looking for? Quote
Katybug Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 John Kabot-Zinn is the author of "Full Catastrophe Living", "Where Ever You Go,There You Are", and "Coming to Our Senses". All good books. I think he has written others as well. Quote

WyomingGal Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Glad that author is having such a great impact! I call it my 'Bible'. The books also come on tapes and it is really nice to listen to his voice and instruction. Quote
