smiles Posted June 1, 2011 Report Share Posted June 1, 2011 Odd symptom. I feel like I'm still half asleep when it happens. My hands shake, usually both of them, just for a few seconds. My hands are together against my upper chest when it happens. It kind of awakens me more but sometimes I go right back to sleep. Usually happens only in the mornings. I can get this during the day if I am holding something funny, but it's not a symptomf or me, just some overextended muscels. At least, I don't think it's a symptom, but I could be wrong.
