lieze Posted January 26, 2011 Report Share Posted January 26, 2011 I love love loved this info.I read it at such a wonderful time.I had such a huge adrenal surge yesterday I swore it would fry my brain.I am working hard today to stay in relaxation mode to get out of that sympathetic activity.I can also see where years at my job were really bad for me.It was a stressful job with a lot of pressure.I think I became toxic.I also think I was producing excesss amounts of adrenaline at times because I would get a funny feling and didn't know what it was after I'd be running up and down the halls accompanied by a stressful situation is usually when it would hit.So I am a bit relieved to not feel trapped into going back to that at a routine basis.I think it could be very unhealthy for me.A day or two per month especially weekend when it usually is more quiet seems okay when I feel up to it.I do appreciate the info thanks so much for sharing.I am trying to use it to heal.
