pat57
I used to get them when I rode my bike 8 miles or more. Do you point your toes and rub your legswhen it happens. Point the toe then the heel, it stretches the muscle.
firewatcher
I used to get leg cramps before I regulated my electrolytes. I was going hyponatremic (low blood sodium) due to water loading. Once I realized what was happening and switched to Thermotabs and gatorade these stopped. Are you drinking too much water?
Angelika_23
How is your potassium? Low potassium can cause muscle cramps as well.Angela
dianne.fraser
I get cramps in my legs and feet at night - they resolve really quickly when I drink a glass of water. Dianne
Brye
I get charlie horses at night almost weekly. If this is new for you you may want to have your electrolytes checked to make sure there's nothing abnormal causing it!Brye
