I found the Himalayan Salt at Trader Joes today. It is a pink colored salt and comes in a bottle with a grinder attached.

Had it on some pecans that I toasted. It was yummy. It has a really strong salt flavor. It would take less to get the same saltiness taste as other salt. I have the Celtic Sea Salt too. I like it too, but I think I like the Himalayan better - as for taste.

If you're wondering why I brought this up. Look at earlier post "Out of the Box thinking and Aldosterone & Renin".

Thanks, Issie. I have a TJ's about 2 miles down the road. And yum...toasted pecans with salt!

Cheers,

Jana
