You can adjust it to a specific quantity or it will pick one for you based on your height & weight. handmadebyemy Posted July 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 I got the bottle in the mail today - I'm impressed by the 2 day shipping. Unfortunately, I'm planning on returning it. The way you have to drink out of the bottle to get an accurate reading is difficult and you end up sucking in a good amount of air.
