flop
the sensation that you or the room is moving when you are actually still is called vertigo. The most common reaons to get vertigo are either as a side-effect of a medication or due to acute labarynthitis (inner ear inflammation) other causes include menier's disease. As this is new I would call your doctor - might not be anything to do with your NCS.Hope you feel better soon,Flop

yogini
This can be a symptom of POTS/dysautonomia. I constantly felt like I was moving when sitting, lying walking - I went through the whole inner ear thing and after 3 months it turned out to be POTS. Don't worry, though, it's not dangerous - and it rarely happens to me now.
