Low Urine Magnesium?

Often urine levels reflect the blood (or sometimes body) levels of the same substance (assuming it is excreted via the kidneys). Low urine levels on their own probably aren't a problem but might be a clue that you may be generally low in magnesium etc. It would be worth getting the blood levels measured too to see if they are also low.

Flop
