Has anyone ever heard of drinking a tea made of honey and cinnamon for getting health benefits? A friend mentioned it to me and I researched it online and am going to try it. It seems like there isn't much to lose - at least it's something with "normal" ingredients that's not expensive and tastes good. Here is the info:
