She said she will do any necessary blood work but I can tell her what to test for.Any suggestions on what to ask for, other than thyroid, sugars etc..My cardio is awaiting the results as well.Thank you ... MomtoGiuliana Posted July 15, 2009 Report Posted July 15, 2009 POTS is detected often with a tilt test. Blood tests are often ordered to rule out thyroid or other problems, and often some level of cardiac exam is done depending on symptoms, again to rule out other problems. Hope this helps! Quote

My cardiologist diagnoed me but my primary care doctor wants to run more bloods to make sure, I guess before she officially calles it POTS...she will do thyroid, adreanls and sugars...anything else?Thanks Quote
