ramakentesh
I might PM you some info I found out today - might be relevant but its not supposed to be broadcast. There is some work coming out on this that might answer your questions. Net deficiency was found to result in NE fluctuations - from high to low when the increased transduction depletes NE stores. I dont know if it fits your situation. Do you hands and feet get cold and vasoconstricted? What do your doctors think about your ank spond and its relationship to your dysautonomia? What do they think triggered your problems? Have you ever tried an SNRI and had a similar response?I dont expect my doctors to have all the answers and usually they dont claim to. the reasons I was given were printed above but are not widely accepted (the hypermethylation theory is yet to be proven). Therefore my doctor would not recommend an SNRI.
