giftcreations123 Posted June 24, 2009 Report Posted June 24, 2009 HelloJust wondering if anyone knew the connection. My insulin levels are low while glucose are ok. My doctors dont seem to really knowthank you again Quote
Tammy Posted June 24, 2009 Report Posted June 24, 2009 Yes, I have the same thing going on. My glucous is fine but my insilin levels are low. I think that falls into insilin resistance, but not sure??? However, I've had a pretty strong sweet tooth most of my life, so not sure if there is a connection to that Quote
ramakentesh Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 When they fully understand the causes of POTS Im sure they will find that they have effects on a variety of other bodily systems. Elevated norepinephrine has affects on glucose metabolism. There is also the possibility of vasovagal hypoglycemia Quote
