bizbiz
Hi All,For the last week I have been suffering very badly from a horrible bout of the flu, and am now having troubles with my sinuses. I havent had a flu this bad in years!I have been feeling a little better the last few days flu wise, but I feel that it has taken a toll on my body and my POTS is now starting to play up.I feel totally drained and very tired, and I have been getting tremors so badly - my whole body shakes and trembles and my muscles feel like they are almost cramping up. While this happens I have very bad back pain too, all the way down to the back of my thighs. I am also feeling very dizzy.Strangely, my heart rate has been pretty low all this time. Apart from a couple of days when I was running a high fever and my heart rate was around 140bpm, the rest of the time it has been in the normal 95 - 110 range for me.Anyway, I was just wondering if I should be getting out there and back into my walking (I was walking an hour per day before my flu hit and I really believe that the walking was helping me feel a lot better), or do I just try to rest / sleep / lay as much as possible and then slowly get back into it?Thanks. Aprilmarie52
I would rest and drink lots of fluids for now and then gradually get back into your walking routine.
