Great Watch That Gives You Your Heart Rate

Hey folks, I bought this great watch "Mio Classic Select Heart Rate Watch". It gives you your heart rate just by resting your fingers on the sensors and it's 100% accurate. It's made by MIO, one of the best co.'s out there for a watch such as this, as you don't need to wear a belt around your chest to get your Heart Rate.

This watch was apparently featured on Dr. Oz or something as it says it on the box "as featured by Dr. Oz" or something like that.

Anyway, it lets you input your weight and age, etc. and it tells you the percentage of your HR as well as your HR your using. It's used more for athletes and aerobics, etc., but I like it so I don't have to take my pulse all the time.

I bought mine on eBay for $25.

Just thought I'd throw this out there for any of you.

Hi Gary,

Does the watch have a continuous readout as long as you keep your fingers on it? Thank you.

Ann

It does change when you keep your fingers on it, but if you take your fingers off, then it just shows the last displayed number. I did some research into these types of watches before I bought it and this brand seems to be well known and the best for the money.

There are Polar watches, that give a continuous reading, but you have to wear a strap around your chest that has a transmitter on it and the watch picks it up.

These watches are much more expensive,

Gary

I paid $25 plus $5 for shipping from ebay. I can't post the link, so not to break the rules on here.
