Please Explain

Put it in the search and you'll get a couple days worth of reading and a post full of articles! The symptoms are all different, so it is hard to diagnose.

Unlike mastocytosis which is too many mast cells (the nasty little boogers that release histamine) MCAD is a normal amount of mast cells, they just "go off" at inappropriate times and all together...which can lead to anaphylaxis.
