You sound like you've gone your limit....please take care of yourself. I'm sorry about your grandfather. (((HUGS))) My sister passed away Sat due to a heart attack. I hope you can enjoy your time with him and that the POTS will chill enough for you to get through all that your going through. Best wishes

I have most of your symptoms.....your not alone sweetie.

try opening and closing your hand into a fist and see if that helps get blood flow to your hand? I have carpel tunnel and I have to wear a brace on bad days.

I spent 2 years with a Dr when I should have moved on when he said he didn't understand POTS. My fault! But I now have a EP who is very understanding and compassionate. I hope you'll find one that will fit your needs. (((HUGS)))

In my opinion even though your sons hr didn't go above 100, it sounds like it could be POTS. It did go up 30 bpm. Do you know what his vitals were when he vomited? Not knowing your Daughters vitals it would be hard to tell, but I'm guessing your intuison tells you what's going on. Listen to it. My first TTT was nagative. It took 2 years before I finally got diagnosed. I knew all along this is what was wrong with me. However the Dr I had didn't understand POTS. He himself admitted as much. Maybe you'll need a second opinion, I would ask for copies of the TTT and take it to another Dr. Best luck to you and your little ones. (((HUGS)))

I have a 3 year old so I understand!! He LOVES playing with playdough and board games. Of course both take energy having to clean up or show him how to do the game the right way. I have a 6 year old too and they will sometimes play nicely together. But the FIGHTING. I guess this is my fault since I know most of it is brought on by boredom. Independent play can be good for a child, don't be hard on yourself. As long as our children know and feel we love them, what we are able to do doesn't matter. Now if only they could give us a little of that energy! lol

that makes me think allergy if your normally not like this. or even a viral infection..are you running a fever or anything?

I have no idea? Could it be from an allergy to a new food? Hope you figure it out.
