Pediatric Neurologist w/ dysautonomia experience in Midwest?

We called Dr. Kinsella, his office said he doesn't see pediatric patients. Why would they say that? Maybe that has changed in the last 7 years? Thank you for your suggestions, I will check them all! -
The title says it all. I've checked the directory on this website but quite a few seem outdated Any folks with experience seeing pediatric neurologists in the midwest , who specialize in POTS/dysautonomia? Thanks in advance!
