Emma's Corner

Dysautonomia News is now featuring "updates" from Emma Nicholson, a POTS patient in the United Kingdom.

Hi all,

Emma's photoWell what can I say, things are just fine for me. I am now doing my Albumin infusions at Ipswich hospital on a Monday, and then I do it at home on Fridays which is great news for me as it gives me a lot more freedom with my life.

I am off crutches altogether now and don’t have many problems doing anything anymore. The doctors have increased my beta blockers and now that has done the trick and I can go for a long hot bath, which is something that I haven’t been doing for a few years now!!!

Anyway, thanks for all the emails re: wheelchair users and I hope you are all good. If you want to ask anything please feel free to email me on emmasuffolk@supanet.com.

Bye for now. X

Emma
