This Helps Me
By Marilyn

My cardiologist suggested I try drinking three 8 ounce glasses of Gatorade mixed with 1/4 teaspoon of salt per day for 4-6 weeks, and that by the end of that time my POTS would be much better. Indeed, it worked beautifully after years of constant problems. I still have to maintain the Gatorade/salt drinks at that same level, however, I was able to totally cease taking Midodrine and additionally feel much better than ever.
